Barebells started in Sweden in 2016 with a simple idea: protein snacks that people would want to eat for the taste. It took a leading position at home quickly and is now sold in around forty countries.
The company, Barebells Functional Foods AB, is part of Sweden's Vitamin Well Group.

The range has grown from bars into soft bars, spreads, milkshakes and protein drinks, with vegan options. Most products are made in the EU, and some are made in the U.S. for the American market.
