Their story
Bear + Prophet is a vodka from Donati Spirits, the spirits side of the Donati Family Vineyard on California's Central Coast. The family started Donati Spirits in 2020 to sit alongside its wines.
That winery background shapes the vodka. Instead of starting with grain or potatoes, the family turned to the grapes it already knew, giving the spirit a wine-house point of view.
How it's made
The vodka is made from estate-grown Chardonnay grapes and triple distilled to a clean, neutral spirit. It is bottled at 80 proof, with a soft texture and a faint fruit note.
