Their story
COCO Chocolatier started in Edinburgh in 2004, founded by Calum Haggerty, and was one of Scotland's early independent chocolatiers. The idea was simple: good chocolate made with good ingredients, paired with flavors chosen to suit each base chocolate.
The company grew from there, opening shops in the city and a Chocolate Kitchen that hosts classes and tasting evenings.
How it's made
COCO works with organic, ethically traded single-origin chocolate, historically from the Dominican Republic. Bars are flavored with spices, essential oils and ingredients like Isle of Skye sea salt, with the blend tuned to the character of each chocolate.
