Fancypants Baking Co. is based in Walpole, Massachusetts, and is led by co-founder and CEO Maura Duggan. The bakery opened in 2004 making hand-decorated cookies.
Over two decades it grew into a 25,000-square-foot operation that bakes for grocery chains and other brands as well as its own label. In 2024 it introduced a line of crispy cookies sold in grocery stores nationwide.
The company has kept a focused product range and a careful approach to growth, and it runs as a zero-waste bakery.
How it's made
The cookies are made with butter, eggs and flour, with no additives or preservatives, and include upcycled oat flour. They are Non-GMO Project Verified and certified upcycled. Packaging is recyclable, and cookie crumbs go to a partner that turns food waste into renewable energy.
