Their story
Golden Road Brewing was founded in Los Angeles in 2011 by Meg Gill and Tony Yanow, two beer enthusiasts who wanted a brewery that felt like their city. Built around cans and draft, it grew quickly, adding a pub and tasting room and becoming the largest craft brewery in Los Angeles County within a few years.
In 2015 Anheuser-Busch InBev bought the brewery, which was then selling in thousands of stores across California, Nevada and Arizona. It continues to operate as part of the company's craft portfolio.
How it's made
The brewery focuses on easy-drinking styles in cans and on draft, led by beers such as Point the Way IPA, Wolf Among Weeds IPA, a hefeweizen and 329 Days of Sun Lager. It also brews rotating seasonal and limited releases.
Why we carry them
These are cheerful, approachable beers made for warm days. We keep them around for barbecues and beach trips.
