Joyfull Bakery

Family-founded bakery known for crisp, oven-baked Parmesan snacks.

Based in
Sonoma County, California

Their story

Joyfull Bakery is the snack brand of Raison D'etre Bakery, a family-founded business that has been baking for more than 30 years. Its crackers and crisps are sold in grocery stores around the country.

The line started with Parmesan Crisps, Flats, Crackers and Thin Crisps, and its Five Seed Parmesan Thin Crisps have reached Costco shelves in several regions. In 2025 the bakery refreshed its look and launched a smaller-format, gluten-free snack line in flavors like Cracked Pepper, Pretzel Crunch and Cheddar.

How it's made

Aged Parmesan is the base ingredient, combined with other natural ingredients and baked in the oven until crisp. The result is a protein-rich, low-carb, gluten-free snack.

We see a growing opportunity in the snack category for on-the-go options that deliver both convenience and craftsmanship

Why we carry them

We reach for these crisps when building a cheese board that needs crunch without gluten. The Five Seed version is our favorite.
