French fruit liqueurs, best known for a bright pink grapefruit liqueur.

- Dijon, Burgundy
Their story
Jules Theuriet is a French liqueur label brought to the United States by Heavenly Spirits, the import company run by husband-and-wife team Christine and Dan Cooney. The Cooneys focus on natural liqueurs from established French producers.
The best-known bottle here is the Pamplemousse, a pink grapefruit liqueur that leans into the fruit's tart side. It works well in cocktails, including one created at the M. Moutarde bar.
How it's made
The liqueurs are presented as natural fruit liqueurs, built to taste of the fruit itself rather than added flavorings. The grapefruit version keeps the fruit's sharp, slightly bitter edge alongside its sweetness.
Why we carry them
We like the Pamplemousse with sparkling wine or soda for an easy aperitif. It tastes like real grapefruit, tart edge included.
