Their story
Limited Addition, often written Ltd.+, is a small Willamette Valley wine label from the team behind Constant Crush. They describe these as their personal, handmade wines.
The label works with growers across the valley, including sites in the Eola-Amity Hills, to explore grapes that are rare in Oregon. Bottlings have included Chenin Blanc, Arneis, Pinot Meunier, old-vine Cabernet Franc and Iberian red varieties, alongside playful blends like a Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir field mix.
How it's made
Each wine comes from a collaboration with a specific farmer, with an eye toward sustainable growing and a more diverse mix of grapes in Oregon. Winemaking is hands-on and small-scale, with some reds made by carbonic maceration for a fresh, juicy style.
