Their story
Montucky Cold Snacks was started in Bozeman, Montana, in 2011 by friends Chad Zeitner and Jeremy Gregory. Their idea was an easygoing American light lager that would support the communities that drink it.
They funded the early days themselves, later used an SBA loan to grow, and expanded from Montana to more than a dozen states.
How it's made
Montucky is an American-style light lager. It was first brewed under contract in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and production has since expanded to a brewery in Colorado. A share of profits goes to local nonprofits in each area where the beer is sold.
Why we carry them
Montucky is a no-fuss can for a barbecue or a day outside. We like that each can supports local causes.
