Poshi is a Miami company, founded in 2009 and led by co-founder and CEO Antonio Ellek. The idea grew from a simple frustration: most grab-and-go snacks were heavy on salt, sugar and fat, and fresh vegetables took too much prep for a busy day.
Their answer was a ready-to-eat vegetable snack that needs no washing, chopping or refrigeration, sold in small single-serving packs.
How it's made
