Their story

The Organic Pantry Co. is a small San Francisco food company started by Theresa Petry. Its focus is simple snacks with very few ingredients, summed up in the company's own motto, less is more.

The crackers are produced at KitchenTown, a shared kitchen for food start-ups in San Mateo, and the company buys from California growers when it can.

How it's made

The crackers are made from sprouted flaxseeds, quinoa flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and water, with no flour, oil, butter, or added sugar. Quinoa flakes come from Villa Andina, and other ingredients are sourced in California where possible. The products are certified organic and gluten-free, with flavors like rosemary and sunflower.

Why we carry them

We like a cracker that holds up to a good cheese and still keeps the ingredient list short. These are a local option for gluten-free guests too.
