Their story
You & Yours Distilling Co. is the project of Laura Johnson, who took a distilling course right after finishing her business degree at the University of San Diego. She raised starting capital from friends and industry contacts and opened in 2017 in San Diego's East Village.
The building holds both the distillery and a large tasting room with cocktails and food. The company launched with a vodka and Sunday Gin and has since grown to seven spirits and a line of canned cocktails.
How it's made
Everything is distilled on site in the East Village facility. Johnson set out to give equal attention to the spirits and the way people experience them, which shows in the bright, approachable style of Sunday Gin.
