Their story
Ayoh is the mayonnaise company of recipe developer and cookbook author Molly Baz, started with co-founder and CEO David McCormick. Baz's love of sandwiches led her to look hard at the mayo aisle, and she saw room for something better.
The brand raised pre-seed funding in summer 2024 and launched that November, selling online first. In 2026 Ayoh announced it was moving its full line to avocado oil.
How it's made
Alongside an original mayo, Ayoh makes dill pickle, hot giardinayo and tangy dijonayo flavors, built on ingredients Baz uses in her own cooking. The team works with a contract manufacturer and put in real effort to scale up without losing flavor.
