Their story
BamJam is the project of Cristian Gaggi, a young founder who wanted a fruit spread that could be both fun and good for you. He spent more than two years working on the recipe before launch.
The brand began selling online nationwide in January 2026, with jars also turning up at Pop Up Grocer in New York.
How it's made
BamJam combines real fruit with collagen, chia seeds and monk fruit for sweetness. Each serving has eight grams of protein, with no added sugar, food dyes or artificial sweeteners. It comes in Blueberry, Strawberry and Wild Berry.
