Made from the indigenous variety Bobal, this Spanish red wine is sourced from 40 to 60-year old vineyards with clay-limestone, cobbled and alluvial soils located in DO Manchuela, central Spain.
The grapes were whole-cluster fermented in oak vats. After that, this red wine from DO Manchuela was aged in oak vats of different sizes for 7 months.
