Tasting Notes

Nose:
Powerful peat smoke balanced by sea salt, fresh oysters, citrus sweetness, and a touch of pepper.

Palate:
Rich and full-bodied, with sweet dried fruit, barley malt, and waves of smoke. Intense pepper explodes at the back of the palate, complemented by warming spices.

Finish:Long and warming, with lingering peppery notes, smoky sweetness, and a touch of maritime saltiness.
