Their story
Barebottle opened in 2016 on Cortland Avenue in San Francisco's Bernal Heights, with a focus on creativity and community. Its beers draw on local Bay Area inspiration, and the brewery has long celebrated homebrewers, even sharing homebrew recipes on its cans.
It has since grown to taprooms at Salesforce Park, Santa Clara and Menlo Park, and added wine and coffee programs along the way.

Barebottle brews a rotating lineup in Bernal Heights, from hazy IPAs to lighter styles, often built around local ingredients and ideas. It runs competitions and collaborations that bring the homebrew community into the process.
