- Phoenixville, Pennsylvania
Their story
Bluebird Distilling sits at 100 Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, a small town northwest of Philadelphia. Founder and master distiller Jared Adkins built it as both a working distillery and a place for the town to gather.
Over roughly a decade the range has grown to include bourbon, rye, gin and rum, plus limited releases. In 2025 the distillery marked its tenth anniversary with a major renovation of its space, and the family of brands now includes the coffee liqueur maker Char & Stave and Townie Whiskey.
How it's made
Bluebird works grain to glass, meaning the spirits are produced from the grain stage onward in its own distillery rather than bought in bulk and rebottled. Whiskeys, gins and rums are all made on site in Phoenixville.
Our featured pick
Four Grain Bourbon (750ML)
$64.99
Typically Bourbons are produced w/ three types of grain (Corn, Rye & Barley) or (Corn Wheat & Barley). This bourbon uses all four: Corn, Rye, Red Winter Wheat & Barley.

We want people to gather, linger, and connect over everything we do
Why we carry them
We are drawn to small distilleries that make their spirits from scratch, and Bluebird does exactly that. Their bourbon and rye are a good way to taste what a town-sized grain-to-glass operation can do.
