Cheese and Charcuterie
ParmCrisps
Crunchy snack crisps made from nothing but baked cheese.
Their story
ParmCrisps comes from Kitchen Table Bakers, a company built around crisps made entirely of cheese. CEO Samuel Kestenbaum traces the idea to his years as a self-described perpetual dieter.
While following a low-carb diet, he tasted a cheese crisp at a local deli and was struck that it was made from cheese and nothing else. That bite became the starting point for ParmCrisps, and he built a team around it.
How it's made
The crisps are made from 100 percent cheese, baked until crunchy. The company moved to an all-natural Parmesan that is gluten-free and made without added hormones. Flavored versions add seasonings to the same cheese base.
ParmCrisps was born from my personal experience as a perpetual dieter.
Why we carry them
We like these crumbled over salad or soup as much as straight from the bag. They're a good low-carb pick for a cheese board too.
