Their story
Badet Clément was founded in 1995 by Laurent and Catherine Delaunay, two Burgundy winemakers who set up their house in Nuits-Saint-Georges. From there they built a business that reaches well beyond the Côte d'Or.
Much of their work happens in the Languedoc-Roussillon, where their best-known line, Les Jamelles, is made as IGP Pays d'Oc. In 2015 the group grew its southern footprint, buying a cooperative in Monze, the Domaine de la Métairie d'Alon and most of the Domaine du Trésor in the Aude.
How it's made
As a négociant, Badet Clément works with partner growers as well as its own estates in the Languedoc. Its ranges include varietal and parcel-selection wines under Les Jamelles, Limoux Chardonnay under Le Palajo, and Burgundy-style Pinot Noir.
Our featured pick
Oraison Cotes Du Rhone (750ML)
$17.00
A rich and round Cotes-du-Rhone wine is made from great Southern France grape varieties. It is produced on one of the best pebble terroirs of the Rhone valley, where poor soils and strong Mistrel.
